1. I wish to become a member of parryyatra.com. How do I register?

To become a member of www.parryyatra.com costs nothing. Simply click on the B2C Registration button on the top right of this page, fill in the required fields, and within a few minutes you’ll receive a unique login ID and password from us. Alternately, you may also log in to parryyatra.com using your Facebook ID.

If you are a business house or a proprietor, you may register through B2B Sign-up and fill in the form displayed in the section.

2. How do I benefit by becoming a member of parryyatra.com?

Parryyatra.com has a vast inventory of hotel and flights that you will automatically get access to by becoming a member. So you get to make informed decisions. In addition, you get round-the-clock customer support, as well as discounts on sales of air tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, insurance and other travel services.

3. Should I need assistance, what should I do?

4. How do I pay for products purchased on Parryyatra.com?

You can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, net bankingor cash cards.

5. How do I get a copy of the eTicket I have already booked?

You can request a copy of e-tickets that you have booked at any time via the parryyatra.com portal. Simply click on the Manage my booking tab, from where you can print it out or make a request for it to be e-mailed to you.

6. Can I or my customer print a boarding pass from parryyatra.com?

Boarding passes are given to customers at the time of check-in at the airline counter or during e-check-in through the airline portal. Ensure that you or your customer are carrying the e-ticket with you along with one government issued personal photo identification. Your PAN Card, Adhaar Card and Driving License are valid proof of identity.

7. Can I cancel a flight ticket once I have booked it?

Yes, you may cancel flight tickets by going through the Manage my bookingtab. Once the page has loaded, you need to select Request for changeoption for the relevant PNR and cancel the ticket.

8. Does parryyatra.com have a cancellation policy for flight tickets?

Every airline has their own cancellation policy. You will need to understand the specific airline’s terms and conditions on cancellation. However, as a practice, always cancel tickets as early as possible, and in any case, not less than 3 hours prior to departure.

9. How many seats can I book on a single transaction?

You can book up to a maximum of nine seats at a time, including adults and/or children between the ages of 2 to 11 years. Infants below 2 are not counted. But the number of infants travelling cannot exceed the number of adults travelling.
